Mushroom Review: Leyshen Wei Shihao ARC and SARC Outer Carbon Blades

This issue’s blades: Leyshen Wei Shihao ARC / SARC — Outer Carbon Series Test rubbers: forehand Pinyi Cuifeng, backhand Pinyi Zhenhai

One sentence per blade — something a little different this issue.

Mushroom’s Quick Take

Wei Shihao ARC: Light, crisp, and transparent feel. Excellent arc, with built-in forgiveness. Moderate depth under full power. Suited for beginners to intermediate players — great for practice loops. 228 RMB, solid build quality, excellent value.

Wei Shihao SARC: Super ARC fiber. Heavier and less transparent than the ARC, trading away some control and feel clarity — but shot quality jumps up 1 to 1.5 levels, with noticeably more power and a longer, flatter arc. Suited for competitive players chasing higher performance. Fast-attack loop blade, 288 RMB. Honestly right up my alley aesthetically.
