Chinese Table Tennis Association Publishes 2026 Domestic Event Host Selection Results

Today, the Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) published on its official website the “Notice on the Public Announcement of the Host-Organizer Selection Results for 2026 Chinese Table Tennis Competitive Events.”

In line with the requirements of the “CTTA Announcement on the Open Recruitment of Host Organizers for 2026 National Table Tennis Competitive Events,” the CTTA conducted its review in the context of the overall arrangements for preparing for, competing in and recovering from major international events, together with updates to the relevant national competition regulations and formats. It evaluated factors such as government support and funding guarantees, competition venue conditions, accommodation, catering and transport convenience, safety assurances, the organizing experience of the applicants, and their service to national strategy, the building of a strong sporting nation and the development of table tennis. It has now announced the dates, venues and host organizers for 2026 events including the National Championships and the Super League.

The National Championships will be split into two phases: the doubles events will be held in Changsha, Hunan Province on July 13-19, while the team and singles events will take place in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on December 16-23.

The Super League will run in three phases: the first phase of the regular season will be held in Dalian, Liaoning Province on July 23-26; the second phase of the regular season in the Xiong’an New Area, Hebei Province on July 29 to August 1; and the third-phase grand finals in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province on December 25-27.
